Chainheart Cycling Studio is offering ongoing small group sessions with Ian Baldwin here in Asheville. You can find more info on the Chainheart Facebook page. Ian is an excellent mechanic who teaches you from his wealth of knowledge and experience in the bike industry.

  1. Hey! Just a heads up that the asheville Recyclery does bike maintenance clinics every day we’re open! We have all the tools you will need and helpful mechanics to teach you! And best of all it’s cheap and or free !! Tue wed thur from 4-8 and sat 1-5

  2. To work efficiently on your bicycle, you need a work stand that holds it off the floor so you can spin the wheels, and at a convenient working height. A work stand can be floor-standing or a simple home-made job hanging from an overhead joist.
